Qualified stylists will have comprehensive training to help you discover what style will suit you, your budget and your lifestyle.

You may have 2 stylists working on your hair. A colourist and stylist and this is quite normal as stylists can specialise in different services.

Depending on the complexity of the colour for example you may have some one still doing training applying your colour or toning your hair at the basin. This is quite normal.

If you want to know how the procedure will be carried out ask your stylist. If the salon has qualified stylists they are usually taking apprentices through training and they have to pass exams as they go so will be very competent in certain areas but still need supervision in others.

Some salons also have tiered pricing for Directors, Principal Stylists and Emerging Stylists.
